Rajaraman Ramachandran is a highly accomplished finance and business professional with over 42 years of extensive experience in multinational corporations.
He holds multiple prestigious qualifications, including Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA), Associate Company Secretary (ACS), and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB).His extensive expertise spans various fields, including finance, business operations, legal and banking, and administration.
Rajaraman is proficient in financial management, strategic planning, and analysis, with a proven ability to streamline operations for enhanced efficiency and productivity.
His knowledge of corporate law and regulatory compliance within the banking sector, combined with significant experience in governance and strategy formulation, makes him a well-rounded leader.

Mr. Vinod Harith
Trustee, Kalpataru Trust
Vinod Harith is a distinguished marketing leader with over 30 years of extensive experience across various industries. He has successfully led strategic marketing initiatives for some of India’s most esteemed brands, including Wipro, iGATE, Hyundai, SSI, and Medimix.
Most recently, Vinod co-founded and directed CMO Axis, a marketing KPO that achieved recognition as one of the Top 10 SMO providers globally, as noted by the Black Book of Outsourcing. Under his leadership, CMO Axis was nominated as a Nasscom Emerge 50 company and received the ‘Excellence in Outsourcing’ award at the Asia BPO Summit.
Vinod’s significant contributions to Wipro’s global marketing strategy include his leadership of the ‘Applied Innovation’ campaign, which earned a special mention at the Stevie Awards in 2008. He also played a crucial role in the implementation of the Key Account Based Marketing program, which won the 2008 ITSMA award for its substantial impact on enhancing customer relationships.
As a pivotal member of the leadership teams at both iGATE and Wipro, Vinod was honored as the Best People Manager at Wipro, reflecting his commitment to talent development and fostering a high-performance culture.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Loyola College, Chennai, a Postgraduate degree in Journalism and Mass Communications from IGNOU, and an Executive MBA from IFMR, Chennai. Additionally, Vinod serves as a mentor in the Stanford Seed Program, where he shares his expertise with early-stage and growth-oriented companies.
